  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy; remove and drain on paper towels.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté the onion until translucent; add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. Add diced tomatoes and Italian seasoning; simmer for 5 minutes.
