  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the apple butter and milk until well combined.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.
  7. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin cups, filling them about two-thirds full.
  8. Swirl a teaspoon of apple butter into each muffin for added flavor.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
