  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks.
  2. In a bowl, mash the egg yolks with avocado, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice until smooth.
  3. Stir in crumbled turkey bacon, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill egg whites with the avocado mixture.
  5. Garnish with additional turkey bacon if desired.
  6. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
