  • 6 large eggs
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 slices chicken ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Hollow out the bread rolls, leaving a thick shell.
  3. Cook the turkey bacon and chicken ham in a skillet until crispy, then chop.
  4. In a bowl, whisk the eggs, salt, and pepper. Stir in the meat and half the cheese.
  5. Fill each bread roll with the egg mixture and top with the remaining cheese.
