- 1 pound chicken breast
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Cook the chicken breast in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Toss the cooked chicken with the sauce until well coated.
- Serve over cooked rice and add broccoli florets on the side.
