Bang Bang Chicken Bowl

A delightful bowl of chicken tossed in a spicy bang bang sauce, served over rice or with vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken breast in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Toss the cooked chicken with the sauce until well coated.
  4. Serve over cooked rice and add broccoli florets on the side.

Notes

  • You can adjust the spice level by adding more or less sriracha.
  • This dish works great with any vegetables you have on hand.
