Blueberry Breakfast Quesadilla

A quick and delightful breakfast option featuring blueberries.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
  2. Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the cheese over it.
  3. Add the blueberries on top of the cheese and drizzle with honey.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining cheese and top with the second tortilla.
  5. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the bottom is golden brown, then carefully flip and cook until the other side is golden and cheese is melted.
  6. Slice into wedges and serve warm.
