  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 16 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter and stir in granulated sugar until combined.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and eggs, mixing well.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until smooth.
  6. Pour half of the chocolate batter into a greased springform pan.
  7. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  8. Add vanilla extract and heavy cream and beat until fluffy.
  9. Spoon cream cheese mixture over the chocolate layer.
  10. Pour the remaining chocolate batter on top.
  11. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until set. Allow to cool.
  12. Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate cocoa powder.
  • Serve with extra caramel sauce on the side.
