Cheesy Ground Beef Roll A Gooey

A delicious and gooey cheesy ground beef roll wrapped in turkey bacon, perfect for a family dinner or a gathering.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Lay the turkey bacon slices out on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Form the beef mixture into a log shape and place it on top of the bacon.
  6. Wrap the bacon around the beef log and secure with toothpicks if necessary.
  7. Brush barbecue sauce over the top.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes or until the beef is cooked through.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it rest before slicing.
