- 2 pounds potatoes, diced
- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine diced potatoes with olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper. Toss until potatoes are well coated.
- Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
