Chicken Alfredo Monkey Bread

An easy and delicious twist on traditional monkey bread, featuring creamy chicken Alfredo.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
  • 3 cans refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Open the biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters.
  4. Mix the biscuit pieces into the chicken mixture until well coated.
  5. In a greased bundt pan, layer half of the biscuit mixture, followed by half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining biscuit mixture and cheeses.
  7. Drizzle melted butter over the top and sprinkle with garlic powder.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.
