- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each pasta shell with the chicken mixture.
- Spread half of the Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Arrange the stuffed shells in the baking dish and cover with the remaining Alfredo sauce.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
