Chicken Alfredo Stuffed Shells

Deliciously stuffed pasta shells filled with creamy chicken alfredo and topped with cheese.

  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each pasta shell with the chicken mixture.
  5. Spread half of the Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Arrange the stuffed shells in the baking dish and cover with the remaining Alfredo sauce.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add fresh herbs like basil or parsley.
  • These shells can be made ahead and stored in the fridge before baking.
