  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  2. In one bowl, mix the flour and cornstarch. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  3. Dip the chicken pieces into the egg mixture, then coat in the flour mixture.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the chicken until golden and crispy.
  5. In a separate saucepan, combine orange juice, soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Cook over medium heat until thickened.
  6. Toss the fried chicken in the sauce until well-coated and serve.
