  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 8 oz semisweet chocolate, melted
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well incorporated. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the vanilla and mix well.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Finally, fold in the melted chocolate.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set. Allow to cool.
  7. Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form and spread over the cooled cheesecake.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
