- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 8 oz semisweet chocolate, melted
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well incorporated. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
