  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, lime juice, cilantro, garlic powder, cumin, and chili powder. Marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, mix cabbage, mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, sugar, and salt in a separate bowl.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the shrimp until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
  5. Assemble tacos by placing shrimp and slaw in each tortilla.
  6. Serve with extra lime wedges and cilantro if desired.
