- 2 cans of cinnamon roll dough
- 4 medium apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix the sliced apples with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Unroll one can of cinnamon rolls and press them into the bottom of the baking dish.
- Add half of the apple mixture over the cinnamon rolls.
- In another bowl, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the apples.
- Add the remaining apples and top with the second can of cinnamon rolls, pressing gently to flatten.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and sprinkle with pecans.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
