  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, protein powder, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, applesauce, and maple syrup.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Scoop the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before enjoying.
