- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a bowl, combine the oats, protein powder, cinnamon, and baking powder.
- In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients: almond milk, Greek yogurt, honey, and eggs.
- Combine the dry and wet ingredients until just mixed.
