  • 2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, white sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add the softened butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. Press half of the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix cranberries with lemon juice and vanilla extract.
  6. Spread cranberry mixture over the pressed crust.
  7. Add the remaining crumble mixture on top of the cranberries.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
