Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, orange juice, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and melted butter.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in the cranberries.
  6. Spoon the batter into muffin cups lined with paper liners.
  7. Prepare the streusel topping by mixing together flour, brown sugar, and butter until crumbly, then sprinkle over the muffin batter.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Allow to cool before serving.
