Creamy Alfredo Lasagna Soup

A rich and comforting creamy alfredo lasagna soup made with turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 ounces lasagna noodles
  • 1 cup shredded chicken
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine the chicken broth and heavy cream, and bring to a simmer.
  2. Add the lasagna noodles and cook until al dente.
  3. Stir in the shredded chicken, chopped turkey bacon, ricotta cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  4. Add garlic and Italian seasoning, then season with salt and pepper.
  5. Simmer for a few minutes until heated through.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian version, omit the turkey bacon and chicken.
  • This soup can be customized with your favorite vegetables.
