  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup bell pepper, sliced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and Cajun seasoning, cooking until chicken is browned and cooked through.
