  • 4 bell peppers
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked rice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, rice, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each bell pepper with the mixture and place in a baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the peppers are tender.
