Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and halve the baby potatoes, then place them in a baking dish.
  3. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then crumble and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
