  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 8 ounces lasagna noodles, broken
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy.
  2. Add the onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
  3. Stir in the ground turkey, cooking thoroughly.
  4. Add the chicken broth and tomato sauce, then bring to a boil.
  5. Stir in the Italian seasoning and broken lasagna noodles.
  6. Cook until noodles are tender, about 10 minutes.
  7. Lower the heat and stir in the heavy cream and mozzarella until melted.
