  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  2. Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the pasta, chicken broth, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer until the pasta is tender, about 10-12 minutes.
