Creamy Parmesan Crusted Chicken with Garlic Sauce

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sear the chicken breasts for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Remove the chicken and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  6. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  7. Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, mixing until well combined.
  8. Return chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over it.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
