  • 1 cup sliced pepperoncini peppers
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken breast and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  3. Once cooked, remove chicken and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add sliced pepperoncini and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and garlic powder; mix well.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste before serving.
