- 9 lasagna noodles uncooked
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 1 pound chicken ham, diced
- 4 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 4 cups béchamel sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions and drain.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté turkey bacon until crispy. Add diced chicken ham and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning until smooth.
- Spread a thin layer of béchamel sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer three lasagna noodles, half of the ricotta mixture, and half of the turkey bacon and chicken ham mixture. Repeat the layers, finishing with noodles topped with béchamel sauce and extra mozzarella.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is golden.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Can substitute turkey bacon with regular bacon if desired.
- For a vegetarian option, omit the meats and add more vegetables.
