- 1 pound chicken breast
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- salt to taste

- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
- Set up a breading station with cornstarch, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
- Coat each piece of chicken in cornstarch, then dip in egg, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
