Instructions

  1. Grate the potatoes and rinse them in cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the grated potatoes, cheese, onion, egg, flour, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the pan and flatten them.
  5. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Remove and drain on paper towels.
