- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 cup grated carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 10 egg roll wrappers
- Vegetable oil for frying
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, green onions, bean sprouts, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface, with a corner pointed towards you.
- Add 2 tablespoons of the filling mixture to the center of the wrapper.
- Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly to seal.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry the egg rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
