  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup corn, canned or frozen
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 8 taco shells
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced avocado
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the chicken.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth, corn, black beans, and diced tomatoes.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Shred the chicken with two forks before serving.
  6. Serve in taco shells topped with lettuce, avocado, and cheese.
