  • 4 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced zucchinis with garlic powder, oregano, and black pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs and then mix in the mozzarella cheese and half of the parmesan cheese.
  4. Layer half of the zucchini mixture in a greased baking dish and top with half of the cheese mixture.
