Deviled Egg Macaroni Salad

  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup dill pickles, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a separate saucepan, hard boil the eggs. Allow to cool, peel, and chop.
  3. Cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop it into pieces.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the macaroni, eggs, turkey bacon, mayonnaise, mustard, green onions, and pickles.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
