  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 1 large egg

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
  3. Add in the egg and vanilla, mixing until combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring until just blended.
  6. Fold in the crushed cookies.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until set.
  9. Let cool on a wire rack.
