Easy Breakfast Quiche

A delicious and easy to make breakfast quiche featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pre-made pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  3. Add the cheese, turkey bacon, chicken ham, onion, bell pepper, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
  4. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set in the center and lightly golden on top.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, omit the turkey bacon and chicken ham.
  • You can add other vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for extra flavor.
