Easy Lemon Butter Salmon

A delicious and easy recipe for lemon butter salmon enhanced with the flavor of garlic herb turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 4 fillets salmon
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 slices garlic herb turkey bacon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt the butter and add garlic; sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add the lemon juice to the skillet and stir.
  5. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the lemon butter mixture over them.
  6. Crumble the crispy turkey bacon on top of the salmon.
  7. Season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle parsley on top.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
  • Serve with steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
