Easy Zuppa Toscana Soup

A delicious and comforting soup made with turkey bacon and chicken ham, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups kale, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 potatoes, diced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  2. Add the onion and garlic to the pot and sauté until translucent.
  3. Stir in the diced potatoes and chicken broth, bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  5. Add the kale, chicken ham, heavy cream, and red pepper flakes. Cook until heated through.
  6. Serve hot, topped with crumbled bacon.

Notes

  • Adjust the seasoning according to taste.
  • Add more or less red pepper flakes based on your spice preference.
