A deliciously simple and comforting dish that combines the flavors of a classic egg roll without the wrapper, featuring turkey bacon and beef.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 cups coleslaw mix
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Stir in coleslaw mix and cook until tender.
  5. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, and ground ginger; mix well.
  6. Chop the crispy turkey bacon and mix it back in.
  7. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.

Notes

  • This dish can be easily customized with other vegetables.
  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
