  • 4 pieces chicken thighs
  • 2 cups long-grain rice
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large baking dish, combine rice, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth.
  3. Add the spices and stir well.
  4. Place the chicken thighs on top of the rice mixture.
  5. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 1.5 hours.
