- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 cup shredded cheese, preferably Gruyère
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
