  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
  2. Add warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Punch down the dough and roll it out into a rectangle.
  7. Spread minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, and parsley on top of the dough.
  8. Roll up the dough tightly, seal the edges, and place it in a greased loaf pan.
  9. Let the dough rise for another 30 minutes.
  10. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  11. Let cool before slicing.
