- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 packet instant yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
- Add warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Punch down the dough and roll it out into a rectangle.

- Roll up the dough tightly, seal the edges, and place it in a greased loaf pan.
