2 pounds Brussels sprouts
4 strips turkey bacon
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Clean and trim the Brussels sprouts, then cut them in half.
In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop it into pieces.
In a large bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts, cooked turkey bacon, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and nutmeg. Mix until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with breadcrumbs.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the Brussels sprouts are tender.
