  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean and trim the Brussels sprouts, then cut them in half.
  3. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop it into pieces.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts, cooked turkey bacon, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and nutmeg. Mix until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with breadcrumbs.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the Brussels sprouts are tender.
