- 4 eggs
- 100 grams turkey bacon, chopped
- 100 grams chicken ham, diced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, turkey bacon, chicken ham, and green onions.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and mix with soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the rice mixture and stir well to combine.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the mixture, spreading it evenly.
- Cook until the bottom is golden brown, about 5-7 minutes, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
