An easy and comforting dish, Gyeran Bap features turkey bacon and chicken ham for a delicious meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 grams turkey bacon, chopped
  • 100 grams chicken ham, diced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, turkey bacon, chicken ham, and green onions.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and mix with soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the egg mixture over the rice mixture and stir well to combine.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the mixture, spreading it evenly.
  5. Cook until the bottom is golden brown, about 5-7 minutes, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
  6. Remove from heat and serve warm.

Notes

  • This dish can be customized with additional vegetables or proteins based on preference.
  • For added flavor, sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.
