  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 slices chicken ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the turkey bacon until crispy.
  3. Remove the bacon and cook chicken ham in the same skillet.
  4. In a baking dish, layer the hash browns, followed by bacon and chicken ham.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  6. Crack eggs over the layers and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until eggs are set and cheese is bubbly.
