Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, whole wheat flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix together the applesauce and honey (or maple syrup) until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

  6. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
