  • 4 medium apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter or coconut oil, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced apples with cinnamon and a tablespoon of honey or maple syrup.
  3. Spread the apple mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, mix rolled oats, protein powder, almond flour, remaining honey or syrup, melted butter or coconut oil, and salt until combined.
