- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter or coconut oil, melted
