High Protein Egg Roll In A Bowl

A delicious and healthy twist on traditional egg rolls, using turkey bacon for added protein.

  • 8 ounces turkey bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and chop.
  2. Add cabbage, carrots, green onions, and garlic to the skillet. Sauté until softened.
  3. Stir in the cooked turkey bacon, soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger. Mix well and heat through.
