- 8 ounces turkey bacon
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Cook the turkey bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and chop.
- Add cabbage, carrots, green onions, and garlic to the skillet. Sauté until softened.
