  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, baking powder, garlic powder, oregano, and salt.
  3. Add the Greek yogurt and olive oil to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut it into rectangles.
  5. Place a few pepperoni slices and mozzarella cheese in the center of each rectangle.
  6. Roll the dough over the filling and seal the edges.
  7. Place the rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
