1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup low-fat mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 large egg
1/4 cup diced pepperoni
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
In a separate bowl, mix the cottage cheese, mozzarella, and egg until well combined.
Add the cheese mixture to the flour and mix until a dough forms.
Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each out into a rectangle.
